Guru Gobind Singh Ji

Just liked the Picture when I first saw it. It stayed there in my things to draw pile for a long time, until oneday, I tried to draw, and just could not get it right.
Then... Oneday, I sketched it very quickly and began to work on it as and when the urges came.
It remained uncomplete... so oneday i just scanned it on the computer and began to play with it on Ms Paint... This is the result thus far.... I have loads more to do to it... but will... when it happens.

The View from the Gun

I was at the Gun with my dear friends and whilst we were chatting, I grabbed the serviette and began to doodle on it. This is the quick sketch it resulted in. 22nd Dec 08 @ 18:59GMT

My Wedding Card

I did not like the idea of having typical wedding cards with religious themes on my wedding card. I asked my printer, if I could have one without the religious theme, but unfortunately, at the time none were available in a Asian theme. To venture, I would have to go and pick one from the English/Europen selection.

I did not like that either. So I decide, that I was going to sketch one myself, and since I was fighting the time game, I had to design one in a couple of days the latest.

This is what I came up with and the printer gave it the colour touch to it.

Paris School of Art Competition

This is the only Competition I've ever entered. I was Nominated by a Colleague of mine, who worked with me and she always saw me doodle, on my desk pad. She always took the pad and photocopied it for herself and told me that I was really good. Oneday, she asked me If i would consider entering a competition. Well! I never entered one, and with her backing me, I thought i'd give it a go. She nominated me, and I took it on.
We were asked to draw this from a live figure. I gave it a go, and to my surprise, I was awarded with 2nd Place. "Paris School of Art".

Dip's Simba

I guess you do know, self portriat is the hardest thing to draw. I had to stand still in this posture and sketch myself looking in the mirror.
However, I am pleasantly pleased with the final outcome.

My Passion for Lions,Sharks & Snakes is Unexplainable.
These subject intrigue me very much.
I enjoyed drawing this sketch. Once again… My A4 Scanner has let me down.

Dip's Arm

Amongst my Master Piece

Unfortunately, I cannot scan the complete sketch, since I’ve a A4 Scanner.
Well…! I thought this is the best I could do for now…..
So kindly enjoy my “Pencil Sketches”.
